Activist

'Activist' is an exploration into the visual vernacular of activism and questions the associations that we, as a society, make with this context. The installation abstracts the intentions of a particular activist group, making it open to interpretation.

'Activist' was developed for 'Toegepast 16', a presentation of young talents in the field of design, organized by Z33 and coached by Ti+Hann. The exhibition 'Toegepast 16: Les Nouveaux' ran from 30-10-2011 until 5-2-2012 at Z33 - house for contemporary art in Hasselt (BE).
